1、 Main purpose:
The MWD-10A microcomputer controlled universal testing machine for artificial boards meets the requirements of GB/T17657-1999 "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Artificial Boards", and is suitable for conducting plane tensile strength, static flexural strength, elastic modulus, screw grip strength, internal bonding strength, bonding strength, and shear tests on various artificial boards. It has one set of random test attachments for a total of six types.

Real time display of material elastic modulus characteristic curve and parameters. Automatically obtain test results such as maximum test force, static bending strength, elastic modulus, surface bonding strength, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, tensile strength, etc. The limit position of displacement can be set, and when it reaches the limit, it will protect the machine and stop. It has automatic reset and automatic return functions.
The test speed is continuously adjustable within the range of 0.05-500mm/min. Multiple sensors can be calibrated to meet different load material tests, achieving multi-purpose use of one machine.
